Norish PLC08 September 2006 Norish plc ("Norish" or "the Company") 8 September 2006 Changes to the Board Norish is pleased to announce the appointment of Aidan Hughes, aged 41, to theBoard of the Company as Finance Director with effect from 7th September 2006.Aidan joined the Company in 1996 and has been responsible for the Company's finance function following the retirement of Iain Buntain, in July 2005. He willcontinue in his role as Company Secretary. The Board can confirm that Aidan isnot, and has not been at any time in the previous five years been a director ofany publicly quoted company. Norish also announces that Norman Hatcliff, aged 52, is appointed as ManagingDirector of the Company with immediate effect. Norman joined the Company in2000 as Operations Director and has extensive experience in the logisticsindustry having previously worked with Exel and TDG. He was appointed to theboard in July 2005. There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2, paragraph (f) ofthe AIM rules.
