London, UK - 24 May 2019 - NetScientific plc ("NetScientific", AIM:NSCI), the transatlantic healthcare IP commercialisation group, announces that, in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26, the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at http://www.netscientific.net/investors.
The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held on Tuesday, 18 June 2019 at 12.00 p.m. at Ashurst LLP, 1 Duval Square, London Fruit and Wool Exchange, London E1 6PW, United Kingdom.
