Board Change
London, UK - 26 January 2016 - NetScientific plc ("NetScientific" or the "Group", AIM: NSCI), the transatlantic biomedical and healthcare technology group today announced the resignation from the board of Peter Thoms, Chief Financial Officer. Peter leaves the company in order to pursue new challenges, particularly in the technology sector. Peter has been with the Group since inception and has been heavily involved in building the current business. His contribution has been significant and much appreciated. The Board wish Peter all the best in his new ventures.
The Board has initiated a process to recruit a new Chief Financial Officer and an announcement will be made in due course. In the meantime Mark Nanovich, the current Group Finance Director, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer. Mark joined the Group in October 2014 and is a chartered accountant.
