Board Changes
North River announces that Ms Qi Yu has stepped down from her position as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms Qi Yu was one of the two Taurus Mineral Limited representatives on the North River Board of Directors (the "Board").
Martin French, Managing Director of the Company, commented:
"We are sorry to see Qi leave due to other duties within her company. We have enjoyed her contribution to the Board and wish her well in her new endeavours."
