("NewRiver" or the "Company")
Dividend Declaration
As announced in the final results announced on 1 June 2011, the Board of the Company has approved a final dividend of 4.5 pence per share which will be paid on 20 July 2011 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 10 June 2011. With the maiden interim dividend paid of 1 penny per share, the final dividend brings the total dividend for the year to 5.5 pence per share. Of this dividend, the full 5.5 pence per share is a REIT Property Income Distribution (PID) in respect of the Group's tax exempt property rental business.
