The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for 2011, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011 and Proxy Card were mailed to shareholders on 22 June 2011 and have been submitted to the UKLA for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
The Company's Annual Report for 2011 is also available on the Company's website at www.nrr.co.uk
The 2011 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Eversheds, 1 Wood StreetCity of London EC2V 7WS on 18 July 2011 at 11.00am.
