Board Change

NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive TV gaming company, announces the resignation of Dominic Mansour, CEO of Bingos.com and Director of Sales and Marketing. Dominic will be stepping down from the PLC board with immediate effect as he has decided to move on to explore new opportunities. Gavin Whyte, CEO of Supercasino.com, will become the Managing Director of the business and assume responsibility for total day to day operations for the Group. 

Dominic joined the Board of NetPlay TV following the acquisition of the Bingos.com business in April 2008.

Martin Higginson, Executive Chairman & Chief Executive of NetPlay TV said: 

"Over the past 12 months Dominic has helped us integrate the Bingos.com business into the Group. It has been a pleasure working with him and we wish him well with his new challenges."

Dominic Mansour added: 

"It has been a real pleasure working with Martin and the team at NetPlay and I have really enjoyed the challenge of integrating the two companies and maximising the economies over the past 12 months. However, having built, lived and breathed the Bingos.com business from scratch over the past 5 years, I feel like it's a good time for a new challenge. I wish Martin and the team all the best for the future."
