Notice of Annual General Meeting
Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 have been posted to those shareholders that have not chosen to receive electronic communications from the Company, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
Electronic copies of the Annual Report and 2016 Accounts continue to be available to download from the Company's website: www.nog.co.uk together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC is an independent oil and gas company currently engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin. Its shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange (ticker symbol: NOG). The principal producing asset of Nostrum is the Chinarevskoye field, in which it holds a 100% interest and is the operator through its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhaikmunai LLP.
