9999 plc03 April 2006 9999 plc wishes to announce that trading in the Company's shares is to besuspended with immediate effect, in accordance with the AIM Rules regardinginvesting companies. The directors of 9999 plc can confirm that they are inearly stage discussions with a number of possible acquisition targets any ofwhich, if concluded successfully would constitute a reverse takeover under theAIM Rules. The Company can confirm that it's cash balance is not significantlychanged. A further announcement will be made in due course regarding thepotential acquisitions.
