nmcn plc announces that it has been informed that a total of 41,100 shares have been sold from Mr Andrew Langman's SIPP and repurchased into separate ISAs held by Mr Langman and his wife, Mrs T Langman, respectively.
Consequently, there is no change in his beneficial shareholding.
