In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules (DTR), NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading integrated private healthcare network operator in the GCC and one of the leading global providers of fertility treatments through its European, South American and Middle Eastern subsidiaries, would like to notify the market of its updated issued share capital following the exercise of share options pursuant to NMC's Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Share Bonus Plan during November 2017.

As at 30 November 2017, NMC Health plc's issued share capital consists of 204,423,852 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share having one voting right attached. No shares are held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NMC Health plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
