London, 17 January 2019: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 17 countries, announces that on 20 December 2018 Dr B R Shetty (Non-Executive Joint Chairman), exercised nil-cost share options over 26,657 shares, granted to him in 2015 under the Company's Long Term Investment Plan ("LTIP").
