Share Plans Block Listing Application

London, 17 May 2019:  NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a block listing of a total of 200,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each fully paid in the Company and to the London Stock Exchange for such block listed shares to be admitted to trading in each case when issued.

The application is being made in relation to 200,000 shares to be issued pursuant to the NMC Health plc 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission of the shares to the Official List is expected to occur on 21st May 2019.
