London, 2nd December 2019: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, today received notification from Mark Tompkins, Joint Chairman of the Company, that on 28th November he gifted to his spouse, Sarah Tompkins, 7292 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") which were then transferred from Sarah Tompkins to Turut Holding Ltd, a company 100% owned by the Tiger Trust, a family trust.
Following this transaction, Mr Tompkins's share interest remains unchanged at a total of 51,233 shares representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
