London, 5 August 2019: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that it received notification on 2 August 2019 from Mr. Khalifa Bin Butti, Executive Vice Chairman of the Company, that following the repayment of financing by NOV Partners Investment Limited, 6,635,294 ordinary shares previously pledged as security in relation to borrowings by NOV Partners Investment Limited has been released from the pledged.
Voting rights in relation to the shares released from the secured pledge are not affected by this transaction as these have always remained with Mr Bin Butti.
