London, 6 February 2018: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading United Arab Emirates private healthcare operator with international services across 13 countries, announces that it received notification on 5 February 2018 from Lord Clanwilliam, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, that on 5 February 2018 he bought a total of 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 3198.387 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Lord Clanwilliam has an interest over a total of 6,660 shares, representing approximately 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
