Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, NMC Health plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each of the Company in issue at the date of this notice is 204,285,714, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no shares held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 204,285,714.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
