NMC HEALTH PLCNotification of transactions of a director, person discharging managerial responsibility or connected personsNMC Health plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 21 December 2012 that connected persons to Lord Clanwilliam, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"). The Shares were purchased at an average price of 172.28 pence per Share and the details of the purchases are set out below.

Both the above are deemed to be connected persons of Lord Clanwilliam by virtue of being under the age of 18 years.
The Company has also been notified that Lady Tamara Meade, Lord Clanwilliam's daughter above the age of 18 years, has also purchased 2,865 Shares at an average price of 172.28 pence per share, however these are not declared as an interest of Lord Clanwilliam given Lady Meade's age.
Following this purchase, Lord Clanwilliam has an interest in a total of 8,597 Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
