Total voting rights
Arria NLG plc (AIM:NLG) announces that the Company's issued share capital as at this date consists of 123,680,610 ordinary shares in Arria of 0.1p each, with one voting right per share (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 123,680,610. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
