Announcement of Final Offering Price and Quantity of Subordinated Notes with ticker NLB27 and ISIN code SI0022103855
Following the publication by NLB d.d., Ljubljana (hereinafter also: the company) on 12 April 2019 of the invitation to investors to subscribe subordinated notes of the company with ticker NLB27 and ISIN SI0022103855 (the notes) and of the prospectus for public offering of the notes and their admission to trading on a regulated market (the prospectus), the company hereby announces the following additional information:
- the final offering price for the notes is equal to 99.10% of their nominal amount and amounts to of EUR 99,100 per note;
- in total, 450 notes will be issued having the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 45 million.
Any decision on investment into the notes shall be based on the information contained in the prospectus which consists of the company's registration document, the description of the notes, the prospectus summary, and a supplement to the prospectus, which are all available here.
