Grant of SAYE options
Oxford, UK - 29 April 2024: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that it has today launched its 2024 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "2024 SAYE Scheme") for all eligible UK employees, offering a savings plan over three years.
Employees were invited to subscribe for a grant of options ("Options") over the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 51.31 pence per share in accordance with the terms of the 2024 SAYE Scheme. This represents a discount of 20% from the average mid-market closing price for an Ordinary Share on the three business days from 28 March 2024 to 3 April 2024 prior to the invitation made to all eligible employees.
A total of 133,762 Options have been granted under the 2024 SAYE scheme, representing 0.03% of the Company's current issued share capital. 72,304 of these Options were granted to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") as outlined below:
