Confirmation of Capital Reduction
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 6 October 2022, the Board of Directors of NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that the reduction of capital (the "Capital Reduction") required to effect the cancellation of the share premium account of the Company was confirmed today by the High Court of Justice of England and Wales (the "Court").
The Court order confirming the Capital Reduction, and a statement of capital approved by the Court, is expected to be registered with the Registrar of Companies no later than 28 November 2022.
Full details of the Capital Reduction are set out in the notice of general meeting which was sent to shareholders of the Company on 14 September 2022 (the "Notice"). The Notice is also available for inspection on the NIOX Group website, www.investors.niox.com
