Nichols plc, the soft drinks company, announces it was notified on 11 March 2019 that Tim Croston, Group Chief Financial Officer sold 1,324 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 1,550 pence per ordinary share. Additionally, the Company was notified on 11 March 2019 that Susan Croston, Tim Croston's spouse, sold 925 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 1,550 pence per ordinary share.
Following the sale, Tim Croston and his wife, Susan Croston together remain interested in 15,075 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
