Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 25 June 2021 that Andrew Milne, PDMR and Group Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 603 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 June 2021, under the Company's 2016 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "2016 SAYE Scheme"), at an exercise price of 993 pence per Ordinary Share and exercised options over 587 Ordinary Shares on 25 June 2021, under the Company's 2018 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "2018 SAYE Scheme"), at an exercise price of 1,225 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transactions, Andrew Milne's interest in the Company is 8,080 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.022% of the issued share capital.
