Update on Current Trading

Statement re Dividend Policy

Nature has today posted a letter to its shareholders (the "Letter") updating them on the achievement of the Group in meeting a number of key objectives since September 2009. This progress has been reflected right across the Group in terms of the scale of its business with its clients in both the marine and oil sectors, and with the development of its resource base in staff and facilities. The Letter also includes the two significant press releases issued in the period, reflecting the Group's success in the Middle East in obtaining the award of a major contract in Oman, and in the expansion in the Western Mediterranean of its waste oil collection and treatment services.

Current Trading

The Group is pleased to report that growth in revenues has continued as budgeted, and the Directors confidently expect a continuation of the growth demonstrated in the first half of 2009. For the current year, the recent announcements indicate the impetus for further growth in 2010, subject of course to marine and oil industry trading conditions remaining relatively favourable. Nature thus expects to achieve continuing growth in our revenues and profits for the year ending 31st December 2010.

Dividend Policy

Further to the statement in September 2009 regarding the intended adoption of a dividend policy in respect of the year ended 31st December 2009, the Group is pleased to confirm that the Directors have reiterated their intention to make a dividend payment to all shareholders at the time of our Annual General Meeting, expected to be in June this year, of not less than 0.5p per share.

Website and Group Identity

With the increasing interface of the Group to marine and oil industry clients worldwide, and our growing investor base, Nature is proceeding with an upgrade of its corporate identity and marketing material. Across the Group, the Nature logo and the corporate name, are in a process of developing this identity, or "Brand". The directors believe that "Nature Group" has the opportunity to become known for its capabilities worldwide in the fields of complex hydrocarbon polluted waste water reception and treatment, conducted in highly professional, transparent and efficient processes, and, additionally, for delivering the highest quality of related Port and Offshore rig services in a wider geographical sphere.

As from a target date of 28th March 2010, the Group's website will be www.naturegroup.org and this will embrace our existing investor and London Stock Exchange, AIM Rule 26 website, currently www.investnature.co.uk, together with the Group Port and Oil industry user sites.
