Further to the announcement of 3 June 2021 concerning the application to list 76,142 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’), it is now expected that the Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 11 June 2021.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 92,706,999 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
