The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus dated 8 November 2019 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the £1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of National Express Group PLC, guaranteed by West Midlands Travel Limited.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 11 October 2019 as supplemented by a supplementary Prospectus dated 6 November 2019.
