Further to the announcements of 8 May 2014, 24 June 2014 and 30 July 2014, New World today announces that the Company continues to work with Niel Petroleum SA ("Niel") to complete the subscription.
Due diligence is continuing and the Company will make a further announcement when funding has been confirmed.
