Total Voting Rights

NetDimensions (AIM:NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, announces today that the Board issued and allotted 8,900 ordinary shares of US$0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a former officer of the Company as part of his remuneration package.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank equally with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made for these Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which is expected to become effective on or around 8 Oct 2015.

Following Admission the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue will be 39,150,226. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 39,150,226 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's DTR rules.
