Third Quarter Trading Update
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is pleased to provide a trading update for the three months ended September 30, 2016 ("Q3") of the current financial year ending 31 December 2016.
Revenue and invoiced sales for Q3 were both slightly ahead of the comparable period for the previous year. The revenue from our global secure SaaS offering increased by 5% and the revenue from licenses increased by 13% in the quarter.
On 5 October 2016, the Board of Directors of NetDimensions ("the Board") also announced that it had received an approach which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the entire issued share capital of the Company. The Board continues to engage with interested parties and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Jay Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of NetDimensions, said: "I am pleased with our revenue growth in the third quarter, particularly the growth in our higher-margin SaaS and license business. As in previous years, the full-year outlook depends on closing final quarter sales. We have a number of good opportunities in hand and continue to focus on generating new business and controlling operating expenses."
