Director's Share Dealing
The Company was informed that on 27 June 2014 Jay Mervin Shaw ("Director"), Chief Executive Officer, completed the purchase of 150 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") respectively, equivalent to 750 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$6.41 per ADR or £0.75 per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.70 to £1.00. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
Following the Director's share dealing the Director's holding in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
