Directors' Share Dealing

The Company was informed that on 4 February 2014 Jay Mervin Shaw ("Directors"), Chief Executive Officer, completed the purchase of 100 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") respectively, equivalent to 500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$6.27 per ADR or £0.77 per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.63 to £1.00. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
