Director's Share Dealing
The Company was informed that on 16 June 2015 Jay Mervin Shaw ("Director"), Chief Executive Officer, completed the purchase of 100 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"), equivalent to 500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$6.77 per ADR or £0.87 per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.56 to £1.00. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
