Director's Share Dealing
The Company was today informed that on 1 October 2013 Jay Mervin Shaw ("Director"), Chief Executive Officer completed the purchase of 150 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"), equivalent to 750 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$5.01 per ADR. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
Following the Director's share dealing the Director's holding in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
