NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, announces that it has been informed that on 30 May 2012, Graham Higgins, Non-Executive Director, bought 27,000 ordinary shares of US$ 0.001 in the Company, at a price of 36.75 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Graham Higgins now has a beneficial interest in 109,500 ordinary shares of US$ 0.001 representing 0.43 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
