NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Chaloner as CFO, effective immediately.

Matthew Chaloner, aged 41, worked in a variety of senior financial positions before becoming Group Finance Director of UK-listed engineering group Howle Holdings plc ("Howle") in 2000. The Howle board appointed Matthew CEO of the fully-listed company in 2003. During his tenure as CEO, Matthew successfully restructured Howle, returning it to profitability before successfully executing its sale to AIM listed electronics manufacturer Elektron Technology plc ("Elektron") in 2006.

Post the acquisition by Elektron, Matthew acted as Financial Controller for its largest division where he set up a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) in Shenzen, China and successfully offshored manufacturing. From March 2010, Matthew has acted as Business Development Director responsible for targeting new business opportunities both in mainland China and overseas. Matthew has resided in China since 2010.

Matthew is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
