NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, announces that Clarence On Pong Wu, has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director of NetDimensions.

The Board would like to thank Clarence Wu for his contribution to the Company since his appointment as CFO in January 2010, and understands that for personal reasons he is moving on and wishes him the very best for the future. The Company will make further announcements in due course with respect to Clarence's replacement.
