Application for OTCQX International

NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, announces that an application has been made for the trading of NetDimensions shares on the OTCQX International trading platform.

Listing of the Company's shares on this additional trading platform is expected to commence on, or shortly after, 7th of August 2012.
