Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (LSE: NCSP, RTS and MICEX: NMTP) hereby reports the satisfactory ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court regarding the claim by PJSC Novorossiysk Grain Terminal (PJSC NGT) to annul the resolution and the directive of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS of Russia) from 19 March 2010.
On 06 July 2010 Moscow Arbitration Court ruled illegitimate both the resolution of FAS of Russia from 19 March 2010 convicting PJSC NGT of anti-monopoly regulation breach, and the directive of FAS of Russia to implement actions aimed at protection of competition.
