Change to date of the audited Preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2023 and trading update
NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), a leading independent provider of global cyber security and resilience services issues an update regarding the timing of the publication of its audited preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2023 (FY23).Â
As the Group concludes the finalisation of its results for the year ended 31 May 2023, the Group's auditor (KPMG LLP) has requested additional time to complete its audit procedures. Consequently, the Group will announce its results on Wednesday 27 September 2023 (previously announced date of Thursday 14 September 2023).
The Group still expects to report an Adjusted EBIT in line with the expected outturn that was included in the Company's June 2023 trading update.
Current trading is in line with expectations with cost efficiencies across Cyber Security and corporate functions already being realised.Â
In FY24, the Board still expects to make modest improvement in Group Adjusted EBIT driven by both the Cyber Security and Software Resilience businesses.
Execution of the next chapter of NCC Group's strategy is progressing well, with our global delivery and operations centre in Manila opening by the end of September 2023. We look forward to sharing more about this and our other strategic achievements on Wednesday 27 September 2023.
