Exercise of options, issue of equity and Director dealings
Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, announces that Peter Harris, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, today exercised options over 103,901 Ordinary Shares. As a result, the Company made an application for admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 103,901 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares"). It is expected that admission will occur on 26 April 2013.
Following the transaction, Peter Harris' holding will increase to 997,051 Ordinary Shares representing 6.40% of the issued share capital.
Total voting rights
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 15,720,882 Ordinary Shares, including 152,150 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Therefore the figure of 15,568,732 ordinary shares should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
