Constellation Corporation plc Share price movement The Board of Constellation Corporation plc ("the Company") notes the sharp risein the Company's share price earlier today. The Board is in discussions with athird party which may result in a significant new consultancy contract beingwon. There is no certainty as to the outcome of these discussions at thisstage.The Board is in the process of preparing its audited accounts for the yearended 31 December 2004, to be published by the end of June, which will containa statement on current trading and prospects. Progress has been made in thecurrent year in terms of new business won and the Board is optimistic as to theprospects for further growth in this area.
