Directors' Declaration
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), the Company announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:
Richard Robinson, a non-executive director of Norman Broadbent, has informed the Company that Dukedom Limited, Cornpath Limited and Chimevale Limited, companies of which he is a director, were placed into administration on 12 October 2011. This notification follows the recent publication of the statements of affairs of each of the companies set out above.
Save as disclosed above, there is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM rules.
