AIM Disclosure Update

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 22 May 2015, the Board of Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading provider of executive search, leadership consultancy and complementary recruitment services, has become aware of an oversight in disclosure in the information relating to Scanes Bentley, executive chairman of the Company.

Mr Bentley is currently, and was at the time of his appointment to the Board, a director of Twizzletwig Limited a dormant company which has never traded.

The oversight was not as a result of the failure to disclose by either Scanes Bentley or the Board.

This announcement is being released in accordance with AIM Rule 17.
