His proposed retirement coincides with the successful completion of theremodelling of the Company as referred to in the 17 November 2014 sharesubscription announcement and as more fully articulated in the Chairman'sStatement in the 2014 results issued earlier today. Mr Casey has beendiscussing his proposed retirement with the board for some time and to achievea seamless hand-over he and the board have been in talks with Scanes Bentley,who is joining as a director of the Company with immediate effect asNon-Executive Chairman elect. Mr Bentley is a non-executive chairman, non-executive director and strategicadvisor to a number of businesses and most recently was a partner for 12 yearsat Accenture where in the last five years he was responsible for running theFinancial Services and TMT consulting practices in London. In view of his wide industry experience and large shareholding the board ispleased to note that Mr Casey has offered to nominate through his privateinvestment office an experienced non-executive director in the short term.
