Nasstar PLC30 April 2007 Nasstar Plc 30 April 2007 Share Options Award Nasstar Plc ("Nasstar" or "the Group", AIM : NASA), the software broadcastersupplying software as a service, announces the following arrangement withrespect to share options awarded to Directors. The Remuneration Committee of the Group has agreed and authorised the grantingof additional options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Group, under theNasstar Plc Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme"). The exercise price for eachadditional Option will be 22p per ordinary share of 1p each in the share capitalof the Group and the Options will be exercisable between the second and tenthanniversaries of the date the options were granted, being 27 April 2007.
