Nasstar, a provider of hosted managed and cloud computing services, announces that the following Directors and PDMRs of the Company have been granted options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Options" and "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's EMI approved share option scheme:

The new Options granted are exercisable in tranches of one third each, subject to the share price of Nasstar achieving levels of no less than 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share, 15 pence per Ordinary Share and 20 pence per Ordinary Share, in each case for a continuous three month period. The new options are exercisable from the date of grant until 01 May 2028.
The shareholdings of the above persons remain unchanged.

The total number of outstanding options over ordinary shares now stands at 45,117,960 which compares to 43,441,770 as at 31 December 2016.
