THIS ANNOUNCEMENT REPLACES THAT RELEASED UNDER RNS NUMBER 3538W ON 24 DECEMBER 2013 AT 12.29. THE DATE OF THE PURCHASE OF 3,286 SHARES WAS ACTUALLY 19 DECEMBER 2013 AND NOT 20 DECEMBER 2013 AS STATED PREVIOUSLY.

Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 19 December 2013 it purchased 3,286 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 1540p each. A further 13,479 Ordinary Shares of 5p each were then purchased for cancellation on 23 December 2013 at a price of 1540p per share.
Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 15,880,736 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure (15,880,736 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
