Director appointment
The directors of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC (the "Company"), are pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Fiona Gilbert as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Professor Gilbert has been Professor of Radiology and Head of the Department of Radiology at the University of Cambridge since 2011, where she leads a team of researchers in various fields of radiology. Professor Gilbert does not hold any shares in the Company, and no other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to her appointment as a director of the Company.
