SUSPENSION UPDATE
Narf Industries plc ("Narf", the "Company", or the "Group"), (LSE: 'NARF')(OTCQB: NFIN.F) the cybersecurity group specializing in high-end threat intelligence and critical infrastructure security provides an update regarding the current suspension of the Company's shares from the Official List.
Group Audit
The Company is now in the process of finalising the Group audit with its auditors, PKF Littlejohn LLP. We expect the results to be announced, and the submission for restoration of the Company's shares to trading, no later than 14 July 2023.
